Your Self-Think

Why is it when you want to do something new or different have a tendency to sabotage it and yourself? You know this voice in your head, which kills motivation. The one who convinces that won't do what you set out to do.

Instead of falling victim to that of the voice call, how can you transform the negative thoughts into positive and neutral mean? These new ideas will be collected and are encouraged to believe in what is possible.

Take out a pen and a piece of paper and make three columns on it. Now, think of something you have wanted to do for a long time, but become in his own way and had allot of negative self-think. In the first column, save what negative think Auto's telling you. Perhaps it's telling You that you do not have enough money, enough time or enough talent. In the next column, note this may sound like it would be if your self-think wording was very positive and encouraging, over the top. In the third column write down which would also sound as if the tone was more neutral in nature. Sometimes makes us feel neutral as is natural.

You can use this technique, not only with the decisions you make, but also in the situations you may encounter. For example; Let's say you're in the car and the traffic is just terrible. Thoughts the first may sound like "I can't believe it, and people are so stupid, why the police cannot handle traffic better it off me.
