While each of us face the challenges seriously and various adversities, it is often the difference between being effective and successful vs. was not disappointed and getting less than stellar results, is our attitude. A truly successful individual uses the opportunity to learn from these serious and become a better, stronger and capable person. Successful people don't wallow in self pity or if nor bemoan his fate and blame bad luck for his situation. Those who adopt the philosophy that every loss brings one closer to victory, invariably end up much better than one who does not meet. Duke Ellington wrote: "the problem is a chance to do the best." Nowhere is this more accurate and more apt than when it comes to leaders.
1. Although I have trained thousands of leaders from more than thirty years in the foundations in leadership, trying to provide them with the necessary Foundation of skills and expertise needed for outstanding leadership, I have always stressed that the difference between success and failure often support. Great leaders are invariably have a genuinely positive attitudes and consistently believes in respect to their ability to do that job and that things are always possible with proper effort and attitude. Thomas Alva Edison that countless errors and bugs on the way to his Great Inventions and achievements, like Albert Einstein. General Robert t. Shira often joked, he attained his position because he "outlived his contemporaries." There are so many stories of people who succeeded after many errors, simply because they refused to give. Are those who give przeciwnosciom invariably defeated.
2. as I have been consistently successful player Blackjack, I've tried to examine why so many others are not. Certainly there is some degree of skill involved and having prowess math certainly is also of benefit. However, I can see that many players Blackjack are so terrified he "rozluzniania" and the loss that they rarely "hits" (take the card) where circumstances dictate, and mathematics for fear of losing their passing. Has not been implemented, these people do not lose more by rozluzniania than by means of sticking should not, and simply having the dealer beat you. No Blackjack, as with most aspects of your life, you can be a winner, unless at least you put yourself in position to win. It's all about having the proper location!
3. what often distinguishes the Great athlete in golf since this one is that a Great putter consistently it hits the ball far enough to reach the hole, because if the ball into the hole, there are distance Wise, Can't go. Terrified he often this athlete, and thus his putts arrives from the hole, eliminating in this way possible. Again it is about attitude.
Positive attitude turns someone continually move away, and as long as there is progress, are always possible. Negative always drives one to take "no" for answer!
