Water under the bridge

SEC's ever have water expression under the bridge?


Refers to the past experience and conflicts. It is assumed that the longer you live, the greater the quantity of water that are located under Your bridge. Most people use this expression, with reference to the bad experience you had.


So here's my question ...


Water under the bridgeHow much water must be under your bridge, before you can reach on foot?


Personally, I think you should concentrate on what is beyond the bridge, not what is under it. Difficult transition in your life, if we look behind you. Start walking toward Your future.


What are you waiting for?


Happiness can be yours truly, if you stop waiting for it and run it on! BE happy now! BE satisfied with what you have now!


I suggest you focus on the positive aspects of your life, is not negative. Spend more time with people positive and less time with these negative who suck the energy out of you right. You know that those who speak! Remember, is the sum of five people who spend the most time with! So to lose friends and spend time negative with people who are positive, and I say it? BEST OF LUCK!


Here are some tips to get started. Start toward getting Your body, mind and spirit together.


For the body ...


Get some exercise! Take A Walk. Go to the gym. Play tennis. Go jogging. Something to get your body moving. Try and commit to three days a week to run. Personally, I'm doing "Couch to 5 K" running the program. Yes, I was Jogging at the ripe old age, 50! Domyslalem I was going to die, for the first time I did it, but it's getting easier every time I go there.


Eat healthy foods. Add more fruits and vegetables to your diet. In fact, try and eat vegetarian meal once or twice a week. This will make all the difference in the world. Ron and I are eating more vegetarian meals and making fish and Chicken dishes on the side and not the main event. Also, I don't eat red meat, although Ron is used occasionally. We will dispose of as many processed food as we can. Read the labels and if I don't understand the components, and then we buy it. If you see high-fructose corn syrup or anything "hydrogenated" really does not buy it!


For your mind ...


Make a list of "what do you want to do with your life. Start small and slowly move larger things. How can something really big eat? One little bite at a time.


Now I wish from the list, you must create a list of actions. What actions can be taken to get that first goal I wish list? Can be as simple as internet research.


For example, suppose that is one of the things you want to be on the list wish in good relationships with the other. You can say the positive affirmations and how about this as you like, but unless you want to marry the pizza Delivery guy, you'll need to go out and actually do something to make the wish come true.


For the spirit of your ...


Launch of the journal of gratitude. What are you grateful for?


Gratitude go to another plane, since it puts your brain higher place. From what you don't need to, which you change the focus. Gratitude for what you have will move you to the place where you can begin to make permanent positive change to his life.


Take five minutes each day and make a note of the things you are grateful for the time. Can be simple or complex, really does not matter. Simply save them.


Currently, I am grateful ...


My family
My health
My job
It's sunny and warm day
My House is clean
Drink a cup of coffee, Grand


I am sure you get the point. Need not be monumental may be simple things you are grateful.


If you do this simple thing on a daily basis, while maintaining a positive and life we meet more life will become a reality. You see things, you understand that you are grateful vs. crap that you don't have.


Gratitude helps you retain focus on love and prosperity, you understand and can help you leave the fear, failure, and hate.


Gratitude will guide you to hope for a better tomorrow.
