Five Tips for Staying Positive in a Negative World

It can be hard to be positive if you feel insecure. With these five tips, you'll find new ways to focus on staying positive, which can help you feel more certain in these uncertain times.

Tip #1 for Staying Positive: Remain Grateful

Rough times can cause even the most joyous of people to lose sight of what they have, simply because they get caught up in the race to reach what they want. When we get blocked from that goal, instead of staying positive, we stress out and the negativity begins to creep in once more. Instead of getting angry that you did not get what you wanted when you wanted it, turn that energy around, and turn it into gratitude for what you have already gained or achieved.

Tip #2 for Staying Positive: Embrace Challenges

Rather than looking at anything that gets in your way as a negative, one trick to staying positive is to embrace that negative as a challenge. Life is not easy, and you would be a fool to believe that everything worth having should be easy to get. Instead of wallowing in self-pity, put your creativity to work in finding a way around the obstacle, rather than letting it defeat you. Life would be very boring if everything came easy.

Tip #3 for Staying Positive: Keep your Perspective

Everyone is experiencing tough times right now, but it should not be anyone's downfall. The world has gotten through worse messes than the economy before, especially during times of war, and the global community will eventually get through it again. If you keep your perspective on what positive thing or event may be waiting for you on the horizon, you will take a lot of the stress off of your shoulders. Don't worry about things that have not happened yet, when you need to concentrate on staying positive, and finding energizing ways to handle what has already happened.

Tip #4 for Staying Positive: Seek Inspiration

In times like these, the most positive exercise that you can do is to begin a search for inspiration. Walk into any library or bookstore, and you will find hundreds of volumes detailing the lives and missions of those who faced adversity and triumphed. Money is tight, and jobs are disappearing, but that has happened before. Everything works in cycles, running from highs to lows, and those cycles eventually will give birth to new ideas, new industries, and new ways of making do with what we have. Instead of focusing on the negatives, use your creativity and insight to find ways for staying positive and get beyond it. You may find a passion that will help you get everything you need in this life.

Tip #5 for Staying Positive: The best way to help yourself is to help others

Many industries are experiencing shortfalls right now, but did you know that there are sectors today that are not? Volunteerism is at an all-time high right now, and while many may be looking at it as another notch they can add to the old resume, many are doing it because it is a way of keeping themselves in a positive mindset. Nothing makes a body feel better than helping someone out and you can use those good feelings as fuel to keep yourself above the floodwaters as well.

The Power Behind Negative Thinking

I have had a healing practice for close to 25 years. And during this time I have worked with many 1000s of clients.

I was thinking the other day about what is a common theme for many of my clients. What is it that they come to me for and what is it that they wish to change.

And the answer that I came up with is - Why is it, my clients ask, that I am so much better at getting what I do not want then I am at getting what I do want.

My clients will say that they are aware of the Law of Attraction. They know that what they think of a lot will come to them in their lives.

They say that they do positive affirmations. They will take affirmations from books like Louise Hay and apply them to their lives.

They say that they will meditate on a regular basis and have used visualizations to see what they want to manifest in their lives.

Yet they still seem to be more expert at manifesting what they do not want then in getting what they do want.

How to Manifest Anything

There are three primary steps in the process of manifesting.

The first step is to have an exact picture of what you want. There are a number of ways to do this. You can write lists, you can do visualizations, you can set up vision boards etc...

The common element in all of these activities is that it is a mental process. You need to engage your mind to set the process in motion.

The second step is the application of your will. In this step you remain focused on the goal. You remain committed to the process and you maintain your vision. You continually maintain this vision and you maintain it without any doubt.

The last step in the process is the use of emotion. You can keep an exact picture of what you want for as long as you want. But if there is no emotion behind this effort then there will be very little results produced from your efforts.

Emotion is the "secret sauce" behind manifestation. Without it nothing will come into being. If there are two competing wishes being worked on, the one with the most emotion tied to it will be the one that becomes manifest.

Emotion is the Secret

If you can have a burning emotion associated with something then it will be manifested. Even if your image is not exact and your focus is not steady you will attain what you associated with strong emotion.

And that is why most people get what they do not want.

For some reason we are able to associate very strong emotions with feelings such as anger, hate, despair, unworthy, abandonment, failure, jealousy, insecurity, fear and on and on and on...

But we do not seem to be able to sustain strong emotions around positive ideas such as success, abundance, good health, a happy family, good relationships etc...

I have seen people hold onto intense feelings of anger and rage for years. With these feelings as the focus of their attention it is no wonder that they bring negative events into their lives. And of course these negative events just fuel the feelings of anger and rage. What a downward spiral it is.

Other than from reading about the ultra successful, I have never heard anyone talk about being singularly focused with intense passion on becoming, successful or healthy or happy or whatever...

I have seen people blot out all reason while being consumed with despair. Yet, other than reading about it, I have never seen anyone totally consumed with being healthy or happy or successful.

What to Do

The purpose of this article was to uncover the tremendous power behind negative thoughts.

We now know that the primary force behind manifesting is strong emotions. And we know that, for the most part, strong emotions are easily tied to negative thoughts.

From this knowledge I can see that there are two courses of action available. The first is to work at defusing the emotions attached to these thoughts. And the second, and I think easier, approach is to start eliminating these negative thoughts from our minds.

How to React Professionally to Negative Comments in Your Article

Everyone is free to express their opinions. Exhilarating feeling, once we received a good feedback, and feel disappointed over a discontented comment. You are writing because you have good reasons to be on this profession. In general, you are fully responsive to reader's needs, and to provide them with the highest quality information for their personal growth, advancement, and empowerment. Don't shove yourself to be a good writer at an instant, it is not like striking at a ball with a club in a single complete movement. You are required to observe and feel before putting it into writing. Every opinion is supported by an argument, and this is how your defensive reactions will be tested.

Be Open-Minded. Every now and then, we will be facing up a disgraceful events. We are living in a world where partiality is common, that is why we are easily impressed emotionally by what is said or written. Always think that your readers are promiscuous, and that their comments are ecumenical. Always think that you are not favorably singled-out among other writers to have received such negative comments. This kind of mind-set will help you to quell self-pity and fear of writing again.

Be Critical. Be your own critic. A careful evaluation and re-reading of your article could find unnoticeable errors and flaws that you could change and improve for a best reading result. This also attracts good feedback from your readers. It is like reflecting your image into the mirror, and see if you are well-groomed before showing up. You cannot please everyone, instead, be professional in accepting their insights.

Ruling Out. During our school days, we are given rigorous disciplining, and we are conditioned into the method of selecting and eliminating to get the best answer to the question. The same thing in reading comments from your article. You need to sort things out to know what comments are being constructive or an abusive ad hominem attack. If comments are snarky, you could eliminate by ignoring it from your thoughts, as they are only creating a confusion. If it is a constructive criticism, it can be consummated by citing a helpful suggestions which you can be thankful.

Redeeming From Insult. To allay a sagging spirit from a spiteful comment, why don't spend your time in writing another interesting article as a make-work. Your murmuring will turn into fulfillment once you release a gutsy talk of your feelings, and will find yourself back again in the stream of writing.

Considering Squeeze Play. Imagine yourself playing in a baseball competition, wherein your critics are your secret allies and playing as the batter. Eventually, not realizing it, that for every comment entered into your article is like a bunt on the pitch that could help you score for a home run, and safely touch home base of the writer's league. For in numerous attempts of writing could become an acquired habit for writing confidently. Always think that you can write, and could deliver a helpful article to your readers. Simply prove to yourself that you can write effectively.

4 Tips For Breaking The Cycle Of Negative Thinking

So why is it important to think positive? Firstly a positive person has a lot more energy to accomplish the things they desire to achieve. This helps them to change their life for the positive.

The true power of positive thinking is that it makes you a better person all round. More people like you, you achieve promotions faster, and you can handle stressful situations more appropriately. People who are positive also enjoy extra health benefits, like increased energy, increased stamina as well as the ability to ward off colds, and flues as well as other viruses.

Did you know that negativity thinking actually lower's your immune system? When I use to suffer from negative thinking, I was constantly sick, and was more susceptible to colds and flues. I was always tired; I never had energy to do anything, and I was always coming down with some kind virus.

People who are negative often think the rest of the world should be a realist like they are, and they think that everyone should be negative too. I often tried to bring people along with me, by being miserable, and angry most of the time. I guess the old saying is true 'misery loves company'. This just made me depressed, as well as unpopular. It held me back from achieving anything worthwhile.

Then I discovered the true power of positive thinking. Since then I have not looked back, and my health has continued to improve. I have more friends and I am so much more content and successful.

According to Dr Caroline Leaf the author of 'Who switched Off My Brain' 87-95% of all known illnesses, have been linked to negative thinking. I believe that is reason enough to begin to start to think positively, don't you?

Below are 4 tips for breaking the cycle of negative thinking, and start thinking positively.

1. You need to want to change.

If you do not want to change you will probably try some of these techniques a couple of times, and if you stumble you will probably say 'this does not work. It is useless I can't change'. The truth is, you can change, but only if you want to. It only takes a decision, and a will to do it. You might even say 'but you do not know what I have been through'. That is right I don't know, but then again I do not have to know. But what I do know is that, it requires you to have a desire to be a different person from who you are now.

Changing your thinking is not as hard as you might suppose. In your brain you grow neural pathways whenever you think of something. The stronger you think of something the stronger the neural pathway grows. it takes 21 days for a fully formed neural pathway to grow.

Now you are probably thinking 'great that just proves I can't change'. if that is where it stopped you would be right, but there is good news; You can actually regrow new neural pathways over the top of the old ones, hence changing your thinking completely. You literally reprogram your brain. This reprogramming only takes 21 days to finish. So by day 22 you have a completely new way of thinking about a particular situation or person.

Research has shown that it only takes 4 days to begin the process, and 22 days to change that thought forever for the positive.

2. You need to understand that every emotion starts with a thought.

That is right; every emotion, whether positive or negative starts with a thought. To prove this I am going to get you do something.

I want you to think of a situation you would hate to do, either something that you have done that you do not like, or something that you think you would not like to do. Now see yourself there, imagine yourself doing it, and imagine you really are there. Feel the sensation, and smell the smells and examine how you feel. You feel terrible don't you?

Now think of something that you really Love to do. Really imagine yourself being there actually doing it. Visualise it and feel the sensation, smell the smells. How does that make you feel? You feel great right?

In the negative situation, I imagined something that I would never want to do.That is to jump out of an aeroplane. I imagined myself with the parachute on, and standing at the edge of the door ready to jump looking out at the ground below. I experienced fear and trepidation.

The positive thing that I imagined was having a romantic dinner with my wife, in front of a fireplace, then going for a walk and just talking.

Now to some people, Jumping out of an aeroplane is exciting and something they would love to do, and having dinner front of a fireplace and then going for a walk is boring. The difference in this case is perspective.

If I was to begin to imagine that jumping out of an aeroplane was exciting and something I would love to do. and consistently thought about it in this light i would probably learn to love the idea of jumping from a plane and maybe even attempt to do it.

The same goes with the dinner. If I was to consistently think that a dinner in front of a fireplace and then going on a slow walk to have a talk with someone was boring, then my perspective would change and it would become boring.

So to change the way we think of a situation allows us to change our perspective, and this in turn helps us to change the way we think.

3. How to change from negative thoughts to positive thoughts

This is where the rubber meet's the road. You are going to need to change your perspective on the person or situation that has annoyed you, made you angry, sad, anxious, scared, frustrated or depressed.

To do this you are going to have to think about what you think about. In other words, you are going to have to catch yourself thinking negative thoughts, and turn that negative thought into a positive perspective.

A good example is road rage. Imagine you are on the road, and someone cuts you off, and you have to swerve to miss them. really imagine your self in that situation. those of us who drive can imagine this quite easily. you probably began to curse and swear, and rant and rave at them. Because you are thinking; 'you idiot, you could have killed me. You should lose your licence you can't drive'.

Now to change the perspectives on this situation try to imagine yourself thinking in that situation something like:

'Well praise God no one was hurt. I am sure that person did not mean to cut me off. We all make mistakes. They are probably not even aware that they did it. How many times have I cut people off, and not even realized it?'

Now see how this positive thought puts things into perspective, and makes you calmer. If you practice thinking like this on a regular basis it will begin to get easier to do.

4. Practice putting things into a positive perspective, while things are not stressful

If a situation constantly comes up that upsets you, like the kids not eating fast enough, or being stuck in traffic.

Now with the situation of the kids taking too long, in the morning; instead of getting upset because you are running late imagine yourself staying calm, and imagine yourself getting their breakfast ready a little earlier, and tell them that they are great kids, and that you love them, This takes the focus off the stressful situation, and helps you and the kids to feel great. Imagine yourself quietly explaining to the child or children that if they struggle to get ready in time in the morning that you are going to do them a favour. Explain to them that you will get them up a little earlier so that they have more time to finish what needs to be done. then praise them for the great effort they are making to help create a calm family atmosphere. All of this will help you, and the kids stay calm as well as help you to be a little more organised in the morning. Organization helps to relieve stress.

If you get hot under the collar when stuck in traffic; imagine yourself leaving ten minutes earlier and listening to music in the car. Use this time to think positive thoughts about the people at work. Imagine getting along with everyone, and imagine doing something nice for at least one person today. This will help your time in the car to be less stressful, and allow you to be in a good frame of mind when you get there. also people will begin to like you even more for the efforts that you are making.

Imagine this about ten times

Try to think of a positive perspective then think deeply about it before it occurs again. Then practice it at least five to ten times a day. You will find that when the negative situation comes up again, you will remember it faster, and you will be able maintain control much easier. You will begin to go from feeling angry or anxious to feelings calm, and you will begin to be able to do it very quickly.

So why is it important to think positive? It will improve your health and mental well-being, Can negative thinking really make you sick? According to Dr Caroline Leaf 87-95% of all known illnesses are brought on by our negative thought life. Discover the true power of positive thinking, it increases your energy help you to feel contented as well as happy. It also will help you to cope with negative situations. You will need to think about what you are thinking about. Catch yourself thinking negative and practice putting a positive perspective to it. Remember as time goes on it will become easier.

What to Do When You're Stuck on Negative Thoughts - Keep Moving Forward No Matter What

It's been said in many different ways - whatever you focus on expands. What I say is "Whatever you focus on is what you get; negative or positive, so focus on the positive and you'll bring more positive into your life."

I'm not saying I am always in a positive state or that just thinking positive will get you where you want to be. Negative thoughts creep up on me, too, only now I don't allow them to last as long. When I'm focused, look out world. I believe with FOCUS we can achieve almost anything.

Everything that is in the Universe began with a thought. All of the great masters have known this and teach this daily. If you are using a pad to take notes right now, someone had to think about making a pad before it became a reality. Someone had to then think about how to make the paper. Someone had to think about a writing utensil. Everything is a thought in our mind before it becomes a reality in the Universe. Nothing simply appears out of thin air. Right? How many times have you had a great idea and someone else stole it from you? Or at least that's what you said. "Hey, that was my idea" but you didn't tell anyone so you knew no one really stole it from you. If you'd brought your thought to the right person perhaps you'd be rich.

Think about how wonderful inventions are. Have you ever seen the scraper for the restaurant tables for your crumbs, post-it pads, erasers, cameras, or toothpicks? Before that table scraper came out, didn't you use your knife to clean off your table? I did and someone else did too. But guess what - they took action on their thoughts.

Perhaps you have self-defeating thoughts about yourself. The more you think these thoughts, the more they become who and what you think you really are. I have good news for you. You could change those thoughts in an instant. Literally! Right now! Are you ready?

Take a minute or two and think of some negative thoughts that you bring to mind on a regular basis. Don't stay with them too long. We do need to understand what we say in order to put it in the positive though. Now that you are aware of what you say to yourself, how can we change it to the positive? That's the easy part, JUST CHANGE IT! Sounds too simple doesn't it? Here's what works for me.

Catch yourself when you are having a self-defeating thought. As soon as you feel, hear or think one of these thoughts in your mind say the word "Cancel" or "Cancel that thought". You could even use the word "Delete". Say anything that is going to make your mind know that you are getting rid of that thought immediately. After you cancel your self-defeating thoughts replace them with self-fulfilling thoughts. In other words, replace the negative with the positive. It's an age old concept but it works almost every time for me!!!!

Here's an example of affirmations for changing your self defeating thoughts into self fulfilling ones:

If you drop a dish and break it you might say in your mind or out loud, "I'm so clumsy, I do things like this all the time". Replace that with "I'm becoming more and more graceful each and every day" or "I am so agile". Make these statements even if you feel like they are not true. You become what you believe you are, what you think about, and feel about the most. I learned from the Masters to "Act as if". If you're not already who or where you want to be "Act as if" you are already that person, in that place, being who you really are meant to be.

Everything that you have right now or anything that you are lacking in your life is a manifestation of your past and present thoughts, of what you've focused on. Your thoughts and focus control your destiny. You are responsible.

If in the past and present you've been thinking:

I'm not good enough.

I'll never have enough money.

I'm never going to amount to anything.

Guess what - right now I could pretty much guarantee that: you're struggling, you're not good enough, you don't have money, and you think you'll never amount to anything. UNTIL NOW!!!!

You took the first step by reading this article. Now, and I mean RIGHT NOW you could begin to change that thought process. You are now on your way to a more conscious you. Give yourself a pat on the back. Negative thoughts that you've learned in the past, could now be reversed. I love this quote from Yoda, "You must unlearn what you have learned". You can't change what happened in the past but you could begin changing your life right NOW!! Everything you think about and focus on from THIS moment on can ultimately turn your life around in a positive way, as long as your thoughts are positive and you keep your Focus. Your thoughts must be self-fulfilling thoughts. You and your thoughts can change your entire life around starting RIGHT NOW!! FOCUS, FOCUS, FOCUS. Am I making that clear? Do you understand that if you're ready so is the Universe? If you are ready and you align your Focus with good and what you want, not what you don't want, you could change your life. I want to be sure you understand because this is powerful!

The Momentum of Negative Energy

Have you ever noticed that the news is always full of depressing information? Political scandals, poor economic recovery, crime, global warming, and more? It seems that the press just can't spread bad news fast enough, and now with instant access via technology, we are exposed to it at lightning speed and finding it increasingly difficult to avoid. It's easy to blame journalists for cranking out and exposing us to all the gloom and doom, but the fact of the matter is that if there was no demand for such negativity, there would cease to be a need to supply it, especially in such unrelenting quantities.

So why does negativity spread so quickly and what can we do to keep the "goo" from getting on us? Negative energy has momentum. Positive energy does not. While negative energy carries forth on its own until something or someone stops it, positive energy needs to be constantly regenerated.

Consider this workplace scenario; one worker whispers to the other at the water cooler, "You'll never guess what I heard about Betty," and proceeds to fill the coworker on the latest news. Now as you're reading this, I'm sure you're automatically assuming that the news is negative in nature. Something like, "You'll never guess what I heard about Betty, she got caught kissing Joe in the supply room and Joe is married." You most likely weren't thinking the news would be something along the lines of, "You'll never guess what I heard about Betty, she gave $1,000 to a children's charity last week." You can just about bet that if the news is negative it will spread beyond the water cooler and make its way through the office in very little time. If, on the other hand, the news is positive, it is unlikely that the subject of Betty's contribution to charity is going to be the topic of conversation amongst the other employees. Why is this so? It's because it is the nature of negative energy to spread. Its momentum carries it forth and lowers the energy of everyone in its path. Like fire, the flames of negativity are perpetuated from person to person through gossip, lying, unkind words, deeds, negative thinking, and more. One of my friends used to own a restaurant. He once told me, "I do my best to keep my customers happy. If someone likes my restaurant, they might tell one other person. If they don't, they'll tell ten people." Such is the momentum of negativity.

While negative energy gets carried away by its own momentum, positive energy must be regenerated, and sometimes this can be challenging and difficult, especially if you're spending a lot of time around negative people.

So what can you do to generate positive energy? Here are several quick ideas to get you started.

• Give someone a sincere compliment. How many times have you thought something nice about someone, their look, their smile, what they're wearing, the good job they did, etc., and not said anything? Don't keep that positive energy to yourself. Share it with the person. You might just make their day.
• Be patient in traffic. I know, it may be hard to play it cool when someone cuts you off or makes some other thoughtless move while driving, but two wrongs don't make a right. When you don't engage with the energy of the bad driver, you are not only putting a stop to their energy affecting your day, but may possibly prevent an accident while doing so.
• Treat yourself with kindness. For some people, this is very difficult. You most likely wouldn't want to be friends with someone who spoke to you the way you speak to yourself. Next time you think of how fat your thighs look, consider that there are many people in the world that would give anything to have two working legs, fat or not.
• On the subject of turning negative self-talk into positive self-talk, get in the habit of counting your blessings. Right now, on your fingers, count five or more things that you are grateful for. It will pull you out of your negative state of mind in no time at all.
• Exercise and eat healthy food. Exercise brings oxygen into your cells and revitalizes them. Fresh, organically grown food has a strong life-force that in turn will feed your body and affect the way you feel. Have you ever noticed that people who don't take care of themselves seem to be more negative and complain more negative than those who do? Well, there's a reason for that! The negative energy that comes with not exercising and eating junk food perpetuates itself and makes it even more challenging for people with poor health habits to become healthy. Those who experience the positive results from exercising and eating right must make a conscious choice to do so every day. That positive energy must be regenerated for their good health to continue.
• Avoid negative people. This may be easier for some than others. Negativity is contagious, and spreads like wildfire. Put the fire out by not joining in by perpetuating gossip and judgmental comments. Instead, concentrate on sharing positive observations and feelings with others. You'll feel better being part of the solution rather than the problem.
• Spend time in nature. Take a walk, sit outside, go to the beach, relax under a tree. There is nothing like the beauty of nature to soothe the soul and remind us that goodness resides in a bird, a leaf, and a flower. Just the pleasure of noticing and being a part of nature can shift our energy from negative to positive.
• Use a psychic vacuum cleaner. This is easy and fun. If you feel negative, or have spent any time in the company of negative people, you may feel what I like to call "slimed." To get the goo off of you, simply picture a giant vacuum cleaner sucking all the negative energy off you. Feel the negativity leave you, filling up the vacuum cleaner as it does so. When you feel all the negative energy is gone, send the vacuum off to the sun to be burned up and neutralized by its purifying fire. Once the vacuum has done its work, picture a rain shower of white golden light washing you off and filling you up with light and positive energy.
• Use a shielding technique when forced to be around negative energy. Simply imagine yourself surrounded by a golden white light, almost like a force field around you. You can do this around your body, your home, and even your car. It will help strengthen and protect your own personal aura and negative energy will find another, more available place to be.
• Keep your surroundings orderly and peaceful. Feng Shui strives to create a soothing, nurturing environment and can do a great deal to help create a supporting, positive atmosphere in your home.
• Use therapeutic-grade essential oils. Essential oils and aromatherapy have been used for centuries to heal and uplift the body, mind, and spirit. Therapeutic-grade essential oils are free of chemicals and when diffused and inhaled increase the positive energy frequencies of the human body.
• Appreciate the moment. Instead of fretting over the past, and worrying about the future, enjoy the gifts of the present.
I'm sure you can think of other ways to generate positive energy. These are just a few ideas to get you started. If you remember that negative energy is like a virus that is spread through thoughts, words, and deeds, you will be able to keep yourself from getting infected by choosing to stay positive, protected, and healthy. If everyone did that, what a wonderful world it would be!

How to Release Negative Emotions and Develop a More Positive Outlook

What Hurts Are You Carrying Around?

Who or what has hurt you recently?

What do you feel bitter about?

Where in your heart of hearts do you feel life has done you wrong?

Sometimes Life Lets You Down

Ah, Life. Sometimes it lets you down. That job you wanted that slipped through your fingers; that love interest who did you wrong; that organization that treated you poorly; that economy that failed you financially; or just that summer that provided you with too little sun.

Sometimes your life can leave you feeling betrayed and bitter. That's okay--acknowledge and name what you're feeling--and sit in your sorrow for a while. But when you're ready to brush yourself off and get back on top of the world, let it go.

Positive mental health-5 tips on how to replace negative Thoughts positive thoughts

To develop positive mental health is essential for everyday life. This will help you in every aspect of life; for example, your home life, family and social life. You know already that right because just reading this article. What do you want to know is. How do I replace my negative thoughts, positive thoughts?

To begin with, you must stop the calls them, "My negative thoughts", could you replace it with "negative thought ' does not take ownership of them and begin to take ownership of positive ideas.

So to help you to be able to do this, I have compiled a list of 5 things you can do to help overcome these negative thoughts and turn them into positive ones.

1. Take your thoughts captive. What means by this? You must first start to think about what they are thinking about. Realize that you have control over what you think. You catch yourself thinking negative thoughts and replace them with more positive prospects, suitable to their situations. Imagine you have a problem with road rage and someone cuts, you can turn off; now look at Your usual reaction to this situation. What usually passes through the sentence? I bet you have something in kind, the person may killed me, they may not drive, why don't you look where you Idiot. Can I right? We need to look at the true situation of not only the facts. What means by this? "The fact is they cut you", but "true" is that no one hurt.

I used to suffer road rage, when ever one cut me I would yell "rant and rave. One day I was driving and the old woman me cut off. I went into my usual tirade verbal abuse, because he was becoming a habit, and suddenly it occurred to me, "who I am and by yelling at other cars. This person may they blissfully aware that simply cut off me. Who i am hurting "it appeared to me, the only person that I was living alone, so I was me, I was thinking" to do well at least no one was hurt, and appears again, see my family, "I practiced my mind several times a day and the next time someone cut off me I felt My anger start to rise and because she had practiced medicine in my mind it was easier to controlHow to respond. Till I finally gained victory over these ideas, but now someone is cutting me, and I don't even react, was about three months.

2. show the practice: together with taking thoughts captive and replace them with positive, you will have to start Practice them in your mind as often as possible. Be sure to look at the truth a matter of facts. The practice and Rehearse aspect is the most important part of gaining victory over negative thoughts. Unable to successfully replace negative thoughts with positive thoughts, until you break the habits that have nawiedzaly insights for years. Practice positive with the situation that occurs at regular intervals.

3. think of the situations which would normally cause negative values and replace them with a positive point of view before they happen. This will be the preparation of a more properly react the next time this disadvantage comes again. Continue the practice of positive thinking of three to five times a day. In this way, when this disadvantage, you will know the best way to respond. Of course, you can't think of any scenario that gets you angry, but after starting the process that you will find how you can get better in this way will be influenced by the overflow in other areas. But if you find that you have responded really well, many times, and then you accidentally blow, it's alright, don't beat yourself up about it, only the mind can happen and it is simply good habits old trying to creep. Give up, just because it happened a few times, not only the practice of positive prospects more often until you can think of it automatically.

4. what to do if you think negative thoughts about someone close to you? For example, your husband or wife, and he shall destroy the relationship with that person. Well you need to find something positive about this person and think about that. Think about how to do something nice for them, that you know will be happy. Because even if the person does not appreciate it at the beginning, and if you are still making things nice for them, you can begin to feel better about themselves. Think about what first attracted you to it. What was it that you like about them? Begin to think positive thoughts, even if it is something as small as you can, as a person who wears their hair or you like the clothes that they are wearing. Regardless of what he just think something positive about them. You will begin to display them in the light of the fresh

5. Don't beat yourself up if you blow it sometimes simply fall back on the horse and continue to do so. To develop positive mental health do not happen overnight. Will have to make a long-term commitment, in fact, finding that probably will have to be positive life time commitment. But do not worry, you get easier over time.

If the following instructions on a daily basis will find that life changes and will be that more people will start to like because now reflect the positive mental health. Remember to take Your thoughts, or captivity of przemysl what are thinking about. Recognize the truth of the facts and not think about the veracity of the matter, Rehearse and practice of positive thoughts and perspective and make them a new habit in your life. Try and think of something positive about other people, even if it is something slightly different. and most important not crunching numbers yourself up or give up if it is a blow, because everyone is sometimes. If you remember these 5 tips will be well on your way to having a positive mental health.

No more negative energy-become Power-Full

Whether you're feeling negative, i just don't want to no longer feel that way?

Response protection against anything "negative", (including diseases, depression, anger and fatigue) is so simple that will surprise you that again.

Here is a mathematical fact: the only way you're feeling "negative" is, if your energy is "negative" in the zone, the scale of energy (are you a power insufficient.) If you keep yourself filled with large amounts of energy (filled with a lot of power), you will keep yourself on the positive end of the scale. If you can keep yourself Power-full, it will always be positive things and feelings.

Empty--------------------------------------------------------------------------------|-----FULL

It's really easy!

Energy is measured in megahertz (MHz). Our bodies use energy to function properly. For example, our brain requires a 72-90 MHz of energy perform optimally.

We get our energy from many different sources.

Power source:

Food: Live food, such as raw vegetables and fresh fruits are high in energy, cooked food has very little energy.

Character: Rose has, for example, 350 MHz power.

Other persons: When we're around other, we can transfer energy to each other. If you are filled with high energy (you are positive) and you are in the presence of someone who is what's energy (they are negative), cannot receive any power from them, because they have none to give. You can, however, will be exhausted in some of the network of energy as they need to pay for from you.

Environment: Churches are filled with people from "positive" Praising God are positive energy sources for all participants, the gatherings of hate groups consisting of bad or "negative" people will deplete the energy of all participants.

If successfully we deliver us with much more energy than what are authorities require work optimally, we feel it is too positive. We will have enough power available to ' active ' in other activities.

If you do not provide us with for our body with enough energy to operate optimally, the body uses the available energy is the most important organs and systems functioning at neglecting others. Our body becomes energy of defective and will we feel "bad" or "negative" as a result.

People are nonchalant or "laid-back" normally provide their bodies with a sufficient quantity of energy for their bodies to function properly, which leaves them living in the zone "zero" and no additional power available for other activities.

The scope of the energy scale is as follows:

Negative zone-zone neutral->--> positive zone

Power full of people: Always feeling positive. You can go to the "negative" or environments around the "negative" people and has no effect. Others feel good in his presence, because they are emitting energy that is absorbed by the other. They reside in the positive zone.

People neutral: Can influence dramatically in both way, positive or negative. Around the "negative" people or in a ' negative ' energy depleted, they will quickly and easily moved into the negative zone. Around people "positive", he will immediately feel the good energy due to the dose received.

People are negative: Leech power from positive. They are generally sickly and lower the energy of the people around them. People don't like the around them much because they are usually difficult to get along with and others feel "wrong" their presence. They are usually very bad and do not understand why they feel angry all the time.

People are slightly positive: Feel good most of the time, but you can easily upset the negative experiences or negative person. Easily move into the negative zone.

You may be placed anywhere along the scale of energy during the day. How many daily supplies your body MHz will be the determining factor.

Is simple mathematics:

Add multiple positive energy positive energy and feel the positive energy. A lot of positive energy check box must be subtracted when negative energy or environments around negative people and you will definitely feel bad. Whether the addition or subtraction of positive energy and power, as very positive, add or subtract will determine how you feel.

Choose to feed a positive energy to become Power-full!

Positive and negative energy

"Happiness does not depend on external conditions, characterized by our mental attitude."
-Dale Carnegie

There are opposites to everything in life; yin and yang. And there are no two greater opposites which may affect your life, over whether the planet with a walk around the negative or positive attitude. I am sure that you've been around someone who has just delivered the creeps. You may even have to sense a negative energy from them and those types of people generally make you feel uncomfortable.

On the other hand, was probably the experience, about someone who everyone seems to gravitate towards. There's something about the person who like it, they seem to make life fun and they are always smiling. There is no question that a person will be rather you spend the day with, which would rather avoid being around.

You can almost feel, if someone has a negative or positive energy. You can look at them and see the difference almost immediately in their expressions, their status and in their eyes. And as soon as they open their mouth you will know without question that the path this person goes down.

This can be difficult when you need to spend any amount of time from one of these types, i.e. can you work with someone who moves You down, or someone in your family is a member of a club or worse yet, he is married to the negative people and Can't get out. This can be very draining on you mentally and emotionally.

Sad part is that people have a choice in how to approach life. They see the glass half full or half empty. This may be cynical, negative, or the user may be positive and serious instead. Look on the side of the bright things and celebrating life or can live on the dark side and believe that there will be the worst.

So what type are you? How you can wake up each day, either positive or negative? You can expect the best, and live with gratitude, or do you dread your day and have nothing to look forward to? You can try and make best use of the goods or wallow in self-pity and lived with the victim mentality?

Being a witness to someone who is negative and the effect that has on the other should be enough to make sure that you have the kind of life that makes people use, but you can instead of running around from you when they see you coming!

Remember, he's everything i way to view life is choices, so choose wisely.

Overcoming The "Negative" Emotions

Ever been frustrated? Have ever been angry? Ever been depressed? All of these are derived from the degustatorowi of a gap between where you are and where you want to be. Ever felt those emotions arranged for yourself? For example, you could ever felt lonely and then felt depressed because you're lonely? Or felt frustrated because you're wrong? Now you are the degustatorowi of a gap between how he feels and how you feel. But things start to really nasty if you decide that these layers of feeling are damaged. Now not only do you feel Angry about something frustrating about Your anger and bad for your frustration (for example), but now you're feeling bad. And in that State is not known why or what exactly you feel you know that simply does not feel good. You have so far away from the initial Bo "even remember not, why do you feel what you feel like you just know that you feel it. I have lost objectivity. You forget a sense of excitement and convince yourself that the emotions you are. But they are not. Your emotions come and go. Who you are and shall remain long before there were emotions. So as to meet the negative emotions?

After the first one to remember, that is the only emotion. I say that I feel depressed or angry, or frustrated or sad. But they are not. You "Negative" EmotionsAre. Simply you feel these things. Were placed, your being, and you are in, but you are not. When one is aware it is then possible to create objects of these emotions to see them for what they are. And what they are, is a signal to you that there is a discrepancy between who you are and what they really are. They are a reminder that there is more life than what you're feeling right now. Or are they increase the possibilities to experience something deeper in the light of the recovery of the opposing emotions. And all that is good. Recognize that these emotions are serving you. For all things serve Your growth, the evolution of your soul. Live in the world, perfectly designed by our own collective intentions to reflect to us what we have to be rediscovered our true nature, and remember, we experience the first time. How can I experience things, truly, if you never played in anything else?

Therefore the stronger "negative" emotion, his method is still the truth about you. The more you are frustrated with the current situation, the more you know (unconsciously) you can be. These emotions are not so bad, but rather indicators that do not yet exist alone as all that You would be. And it is useful. This is You, at the level of the deepest, inspiring you to experience more of who You ARE. You can see that it is not that these emotions that make us feel bad. This is our judgments about them in our decision that is damaged and does not serve us, when in fact they do. But what's more, we really are we losing sight of who. While you might forget that we can for our larger than our emotions, we confused our emotions for our generators. But as I said to our emotions are not who we are. Pass the emotions. Who are you is eternal, limited, unbounded. Therefore, while we believe we have our emotions, we can separate us from the power that we are to our emotions and secular, becoming victims of them. And this is what creates a feeling of deep unhappiness. This unhappiness is prompted us to remind us that we are on a path that does not support us that moving away from the truth about who they really are. Our unhappiness screaming at us, which is almost, powerful and unmissable indicator is something is amiss in our thinking, make sure that we have forgotten who we are.

You are the creator of Your emotions, do not fall victim to them. Only if you confused yourself on Your emotions you can have the power by the user. There is only one power supply, and that is the strength of who they really are. When you get yourself as you are, then you'll really do all the things as they really are. If you realize that emotions you know that the probe will pass too, and that is something, but not Who You Are. You know that this moment, and all that is therein is always serving the highest good. We are, and then select create it, as Your soul desires, they should be.
