Want to Stop People Pleasing And Start Pleasing Your Self?

Do you know that many individuals give away their power and integrity through automatic people pleasing behaviours? Do you know that you probably do it without even knowing that you do? Do you know this is one of the chief causes of low self esteem and low self worth? Do you know this subconsciously driven automatic tendency was programmed into you when you were very young and were expected by the adults around you to conform in order to be loved, wanted, valued, appreciated, needed, secure, safe, and ultimately so that you could survive? Finally do you know that those old programs only deplete your energy, self confidence, strength, and leave you feeling needy and unattractive? So if you would like to learn how address this self destructive program and take back your life then read this.

People pleasing behaviour is driven by old negative memories of having been forgotten, neglected, unwanted, unloved, rejected, humiliated, abandoned etc. These memories which get stored deep in the subconscious mind have associated with them the old pain of these experiences i.e. feelings of sadness, inadequacy, disappointment, anger, low self worth etc. In order to function day to day the pain from this "emotional baggage" must out of necessity be kept out of immediate conscious awareness.

Well it turns out that any event in the present such as being ignored by a friend/colleague will act as a trigger that has the potential to re-evoke much of the old pain associated with similar painful memories from the past. This can leave a person feeling insecure, vulnerable, unsafe and anxious when they are in social situations that they can't control.

The fear is not about whether others will or won't like or appreciate them rather that such triggering events will bring into awareness much of the old pain. This is why I refer to this old emotional baggage metaphorically as a series of "emotional landmines". A person who carries such landmines is always faced with having to do damage control by trying to please others so that they won't ignore by them and thus trigger the old pain.

Sadly this leads them to appear to others as needy, weak, dependent and unattractive and only increases their chances of rejection and of being vulnerable to re-experiencing the flood of old pain time and again. Now there is a way to permanently and completely address this.

All that is required is the deletion of the emotional landmines. When this is done the person no longer feels vulnerable and hence the need to guard against old re-emerging pain completely disappears. This frees one to be relaxed, spontaneous, confident, attractive, self respecting and successful to name a few.

Why Some People Age Much Faster Than Others And Why Some Don't Seem To Age At All

Aging is a Choice

We are often confronted with a certain view of reality that other people have upheld and adopted before we did.

One of the best examples of how we create our realityis aging. Biological aging, which should not be confused with chronological aging, is a natural phenomenon that will affect every person at some stage in life; at least this is what we have been led to believe. Since everyone repeatedly tells us the same story, we begin to accept the 'reality' (of aging) and reinforce it through our personal experiences. So it must be true! But this does not explain why some people age much faster than others and why some do not seem to age at all.

It would be intriguing to find out what really determines our life span. Some of us may live up to 100 years or more without feeling old whereas others might die from 'old age' 50 years earlier. The ancient Indian sage Shankara who displayed extraordinary wisdom from the age of 8 saw the process of aging as being deeply rooted in a person's own belief system. He said: "The only reason why people age and die is because they see other people age and die." We all have more or less different viewpoints or opinions about the world as such. This may lead to varied perceptions of reality. What is the 'truth' for one person may not be relevant at all for another person, yet with regard to the ideas of aging and illness, we seem to agree with each other for we rarely step out of the main paradigm altogether.

To avoid looking for the real cause of decline with age, we prefer to believe in an invisible force that somehow and gradually programs our life to deteriorate according to a numbering system (from years 1-100...). It seems too far fetched for us to accept the idea that we may be causing the aging process ourselves. Do we perhaps give ourselves the (unconscious) permission to age because this lets us off the hook to take responsibility for our own life and that of other people?

Who Ages, Who Doesn't?

The mind/body connection is at work as long as we live. This is also true in the case of aging. If you believe that your biological age is 60 today because you have had 60 birthdays and that you are soon ready for your pension, then you are likely to be in the process of adjusting your biological age to your psychological one. This means that your biological organism may soon be as old as you believe it should be. When you become aware of the regular automatic 'servicing' that renews your body (each year 98 percent of the atoms of your body are turned over) and you are not afraid of aging either, you will find it difficult to age in the negative sense of the word.

People in poor relationships or those living in social isolation, those who create stress and worry in their lives, whose lifestyle (overeating, alcohol, tobacco, drugs etc.) is unnatural, or who have no purpose in life, age fast. Those who put themselves first in everything are also known to be prone to accelerated aging. People who suddenly lose their purpose in life are known to age and die very quickly.

By contrast, individuals who care about their health, who often think how they can be of help to others and the world, and who are in a secure and loving relationship, are known to halt the aging process and maintain their youthfulness. According to research studies, those who meditate regularly at least twice a day for 15-20 minutes can reduce their biological age by 12-15 years within five years. Similar results have been demonstrated among those practicing other forms of relaxation as well as yoga, Tai Chi, Chi Kung etc.

Locusts, too, have a physical body, yet they can live forever if nobody kills them. Their secret is that they change their bodies once a day. We, too, replace our proteins, which are the building blocks of our cells, within 2-10 days. Why should we age, when our 'replacements' are as good as the old ones? Locusts do not suffer from stress in their lives, nor do they smoke, watch television, and eat more than they need or count their years of age. What about redwood trees? They can live from 6,000-10,000 years. Trees have no reason to believe that aging is a necessary part of their life.

We believe, however, that it must be different with us humans. It is true; we are not trees or locusts. Yet there is no rational, scientific reason to show that aging is a natural part of human evolution. Even the science of aging has not yet come up with a consistent theory that could explain why we age. Aging should not be confused with death. Nobody dies from old age but from other reasons such as accidents or illness. Aging is usually equated with a loss of vigor, physical strength and mental abilities. Accordingly, everyone who grows in age should be suffering from such or similar debilities. Yet this defies the reality of thousands of old people around the world who remain in good health throughout their lives.

Most people who live very long lives come from the Himalayas, the state of Georgia in the former Soviet Union, The Hunza mountains, Japan, the high Andes and other regions of the world where our idea of aging has not yet penetrated. One of our 'rules' of aging suggests that that it is normal to experience a deterioration of your eyesight after the age of 40 or 45. Yet societies who live in such isolated regions of the world as the Abkhazian Mountains of Southern Russia have completely contrary experiences. They are certainly not less human than we are. Abkhazians have their senses of vision and hearing in perfect condition at almost any age. People a hundred and more years old are seen swimming in ice-cold streams and riding on horseback. The elders (70, 80 or more years old) from certain tribes in Northern Mexico can run up to 60 miles a day without any sign of fatigue or exhaustion; they even show lower heart rates after their marathons than before.

These people rarely die from a disease. When their time has come they know it, and without making much of a fuss they experience the end of their lives with a profound sense of peace, accomplishment and fulfillment. Because their social systems honor old age more than any other 'achievement' does, they don't regard death as a form of punishment. For these people, advanced age is synonymous to maturity, wisdom, a wealth of experience and a good reason to become older faster.

For many women in Western societies, menopause represents a mid-life crisis. In some societies of the Far East menopause is very rare and some women are still fertile at age 70. On the other hand, if it occurs early it must not necessarily indicate a physical imbalance or progressed state of aging. Menopause can signal a new phase of living, when maturity, wisdom and love get a chance to reach unprecedented heights. If a woman is convinced that menopause is bad for her or if she is afraid of the mid-life changes, she may indeed experience it as one of the most difficult periods of her life.

People bring us our largest toxic increase to success

There are three basic types of people you come into force.

1. Those who love us internally

2. Those who love us wypuklymi

3. those who compel us to be proved wrong, as by pressuring us to succeed!

People who love us truly allow us internally for us in their presence. They honor us, protect us, listen to and understand us. When we think of love, or love of a parent, family member, spouse, children or other important typically, we think this type of love.

When we are longing for love, this is usually the type of love that we will be witnesses. We long for that "unconditional" rozposcieral, accept love.

Those Who love us wypuklymi are our biggest fans. The ones Who sing our praises and let the world know that we are worth watching, listening and support. These people create our raving fan club. Those who support us and become our transmitting stations for all the wonderful things that we can do.

And then is hidden secret. People who love us by what I call "reverse energy." These are the people in our lives, that forces us to be wrong. They criticize us, Ridicule, sometimes betrayal and krytykowa to us. These are people who tell us that something is not possible. They are rules. And here they are, because of the large.

Majority of naysayers and energy in our lives zappers provide us something major defeat. They compel us to stretch, to question, searching for, leave no stone unturned had. They pressure us to succeed. They become the backbone of our most an inspiring stories of triumph of giving us the Great challenge the seemingly insurmountable hurdles to overcome. They provide fire which propels us to heights never we reach without them.

Without these people catalyst in our life, progress is slow, cumbersome and without structure.

Recently I had a friend tell me, wouldn't it be great if it was not only had the dark and light the world? It would be great if there was ego and could we love all of you?

My answer was no. Actually it would create major imbalances. Contrast, dark vs. light creates a balance sheet; drop outline to the shape of the back light. If you do not know what they really do not know you will be able to see what you like or love.

When I look at the most successful people almost always have a certain type, the dark story, them; one struggle, doubt, the majority of naysayers, negative people and overcome. In fact, I notice that most successful people have much more negative people in their lives or the coaches extremely difficult, because their objective required them to excel as a leader.

The leaders are put through the paces in a significantly more difficult than supporters, so that it will be a primed, aim to achieve for more than the average person.

Those who did not have a lot of przeciwnosciom in their life seem to have different objectives, the famine there. Disk failure does not appear to be lakne is so strong. These people have a different path, not less of the path, just different.

Guard in the event of an inventory of who is in his life and who has had the greatest impact.

1. make a list of people who love you internally

2. make a list of people who love you wypuklymi

3. make a list of people who gave you something to overcome the challenge of criticizing or hurting you.

These people were Pobudzacze success difficult. The more you have the more they are intended to overcome and succeed. You are prepared for leadership in a large, if you are a challenge.

Election shall be entitled to ask, "What lesson, you learn the most, this time from that difficult person or persons." Grateful for the contrasting experience and then allow it to safely leave the keep wisdom and knowledge for your growth.

If you think you have created all that you can and it seems that Your desires are not manifesting pay special attention to the "critics" in your life. As soon as you can recognize the hidden "success Pobudzacze" for those who are really difficult lessons are free to dissolve and you can move with confidence.

Remember that in most cases, the stronger the people are the greatest catalysts for success!

Secrets people Upbeat

He lost his Resiliency Lately?

* No more than your fair share of difficulties lately?

* Do you want to yourself and feeling discouraged about the circumstances? Forgot something or someone important in your life?

* It sometimes feel like you never get the job or relationship, which seems to have come so freely to others?

Life certainly has a lot of difficulties to stop us in our tracks and us increasingly feeling discouraged. Everyone--even the optimistic, more people get discouraged, sad, lonely and chilled by the. The difference is heavier than people know how to pull themselves from the doldrums in advance.

Resiliency How do they do that?

What are the mysteries of heavier than humans? Why are they able to maintain optimism in view of the difficult situations and show flexibility in stressful situations? What do the people long for? differently, reflecting back

Secrets to staying Upbeat

Heavier than people have faith in regard to their ability to create their future. By taking action if they show themselves, which are entitled to direct their lives--even if they are down.

Heavier than the people understood the key is authorized--knowing they have elections and acting on these elections. Always have one more actions to take and one card up their sleeve. This gives their personal power and flexible attitude.

The longer people their patience and persistence eventually leads to the payoffs. So long as we have options you can we can we move past the disappointment and discourage.

From fixed to delighted with recommended

If you watch carefully heavier than humans, while they are in a difficult moment, you will see them artfully with wiggle is stuck. Not necessarily conscious action; is simply the natural reaction is stuck. They like it, so one step beyond it.

I got a call from a friend of the young, which was discouraged that tasks that she domyslalem she was going fell apart. When it didn't get a call that she is waiting, she returned to the restaurant to check the status of its application and was, that they gave the task to another person. Discouraged, she called to chat. Can I listen to.

She talked, she described what happened and acknowledged its disappointment. As I listened I was witness to her transition from are recommended for planning its next step. After named intentionally, what happened and how she felt about this clear eyes were fixed on the goal--Desperately. Until she was ready to talk, she got underway from discouraged to fixed.

"I'm going to print 20 more resumes today and drop it," she said.

The next day she called me to say that the first place you went to the spot it hired. She has regained her strength and gone with discouraged to resolute action by delighted.

"I like my coworkers, owner and customers!"

This enthusiastic young woman was literally one step away from obtaining work. By persisting after was discouraged, he returned and she herself was empowered to next step.

Like this young woman heavier than humans, skip to step into life in spite of failures, obstacles and getting nothing. The message is--sometimes that job or relationship will come to the next step--so keep him for taking action in the direction that leads to achieving together, even if ever succeed.

Six steps to become an Upbeat after first not recommended

1. confirms its feelings and what happened to--then move past Your moment to discourage a plan by the next step.

2. find the questions and step into life to discover the answer. What are the problems with which you are trying to solve? What are the current questions of life? What is the problem, and what you want to do this? Where are the options? What do you want to do?

If you are lonely and want to be in a relationship, made time to study, what do other people to meet and be available for the opportunity. If you currently live? When you work? What do you spend free time to do? When you analyze Your current life do you see opportunities to meet people through these actions or at these sites, or do you need to rearrange the life and time?

3. use the distraction--sometimes when things are not simply by going Your way, you can "work as if '' at a time of solitude or discourage. Go do another--exercise, take a class, when you are--and act as if they really want to engage in this difficulty, let your mind relax.

4. communication--call your friends to discuss the current situation; Join groups with similar interests, engage in the cause--making Your energie caretaking other persons.

5. Stay well-nourished, well-rested and active-even if you don't feel like it.

6. learn to laugh at your troubles. Will Rogers said, "If you don't learn to laugh at trouble, you do not have to anything to laugh at when you are old."

Life is often difficult, and sometimes going hard. Become heavier than the person--accept the realities of life and find a way to create pockets of hope through their actions.
