Learning How to Experience Feelings of Joy and Gratitude

Can you remember a time when simply hearing raindrops fall on a windowpane or laughing with loved ones provided you with some of the greatest moments of joys that you couldn't even begin to imagine?

And as you think back upon all of the simple moments of joy that you have already experienced in your life have you ever taken the time to consciously realize that these simple pleasures are indeed gifts from God that enrich your experience of life in so many different ways.

Allow yourself to be open to a sense of gratitude knowing that that sense of gratitude and appreciation will invite and bring even more good into your life. Feel what you're feeling now as you begin to thank God for the blessing of reaching a goal, all the friends that you have, or even just for waking up in the morning in time to see a beautiful sunrise.

Feel free to once again feel what it is like to feel a deep appreciation for the simple things in life. In a similar manner you can acknowledge your blessings one by one.

Continue letting this feeling spread all over your body and as you do so begin to become aware of the goodness of God that is all around you and in this way you can know beyond a shadow of a doubt that you are truly blessed beyond measures.

Now, as every word travels from this article into your unconscious mind I want you to understand, just understand that you can begin to experience and have more joy in your life when you begin to meditate on a daily basis.

Believe it or not, when you meditate you are actually in the process of releasing various thoughts, feelings and physical discomforts. Consequently the more and more you release and let go, the more the Spirit of God that is within you as love, joy and peace begins to free you from all the unnecessary burdens that you've been carrying for far too long.

In my opinion the practice of Yoga Nidra is a great guided meditation technique to help you along on your spiritual journey.

Unlike other meditation techniques that require you to sit in an uncomfortable seated position sometimes for hours at a time. The practice of Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation technique that you actually get to experience while lying down comfortably on your back or in a comfortable seated position.

Power of Positive Thinking - Learning How to Manifest Happiness On Your Own

Isn't it time for you to begin to realize that your life is so much fuller, richer and just way much more fun when you begin to approach each day with the sense of joy that is emanating within your heart?

Can you guess what would happen if each day you awoke knowing that the people you know and love bring you so much joy and at the same time you were also consciously aware of the fact that you can choose to manifest happiness on your own, as well.

Starting now you are very receptive to the following suggestions that while you might have certain activities, people and events that you enjoy more than others you can still find joy in everything you do each and every day.

Visualize this scene as imagination or reality because in this moment you are becoming aware of the fact that no matter what you choose to do the joy that you are creating comes from within.

And soon you'll see that whether you are at dinner with friends and loved ones or stuck in traffic, you will once again recall and remember that happiness comes from within.

Because of this inner knowing you will find yourself appreciating everything in life, as you move more and more towards being joy in its fullest expression.

The effect of the following suggestions may be that sooner rather than later you begin to meditate on a daily basis.

As you allow yourself to completely explore and experience the benefits of meditation by meditating on a daily basis you might begin to notice how it allows you to live a much more happy and satisfying life especially when you can clearly see and feel that love, joy and peace is residing within you always.

What's more, the more you meditate on a daily basis, the more your creative juices will begin to flow so freely that it actually opens you up to an entirely brand new world of possibility.

In the end, you really don't need to meditate on a daily basis in order to become more receptive to and enjoy all the love, joy and peace that is within you, but you can't help but wonder why so many people who meditate on a daily basis are truly living and residing from a place within themselves that even those around them know that no matter what may be going on in the world around them they are indeed living a life that is full of love, joy and peace.

Learning to live in the Middle

The person who has witnessed the sense many events to imagine in my lifetime, as I wanted to pass on a simple little thing that I've learned to do for years, that works pretty good. I call it "Living in the Middle." Although nothing new world Self improvement. It is not something I've learned in the book, although either Auto, and i know my fair. The concept is really simple.

Whether full of ups and downs is your life? If you answer Yes it would also be fair to say that there are many factors that you can manipulate to make these ups and downs of leave in the case of so chose? Let me further clarify.

I want to give an example. Use one of my own. I used to go out and paint the town red, sometimes as 3 nights during the week, when I was a young man. Concert was either I get yourself arrested or in combat. Unexpected events, there was ever good. All too many times I resumed the next day, pounding headache and whole regrets. Why continue to do is know where ultimately I knew in my heart what would be the final result? I was young and fun. Go on a Saturday night? In any event! May be missing something. Don't get me wrong. It was fun we had! Funny thing was, although I have always brought back an equivalent, if not more in My misery. point. If something is causing turbulence in your live simply you remove it. Generated simply decided one day to go longer on weekends. Make sure that I knew that there was such a time will be as good as I would with, if I have chosen. I knew what was going to feel like Sunday morning too though. What was just absolutely fine. Who stresses quite a lot of My point. My Saturday night was going to have the thrills that were in it? Unlikely. However, deciding to go out and Strip broiled roller skates or take a movie not all bad either. The Summit disappeared Saturday night, but this was misery Sunday.

I was in the middle and it was all pretty mild because they were applied to various aspects of my life. Don't get me wrong. I have and still have to work on this. Personally, what I've learned to do is pretty much walk into any situation where I have lingering doubts about the possible outcome. With that said, I would not say there is an exception to this rule, either. Am saying don't take this new task due to fear of failure and leading to depression. Absolutely not. Simply use the recognition more than already do. Is the strategy of the case. Just weigh the possible results more if Your heart urges toward something. If you think you can meet the less desired results without any problems, then I say go for it. Already adopted, result in mind, to some degree, so it won't rock your world should become a reality. If you can practice it seems that you will find the results will be amazing. In my opinion at least that way the months once i think if you made a difference, again with the Legacy of that month. If you really made an effort would be I have heavy time, believing that it does not.

I hope for your benefit that my example seems extreme referring to your life. You can have a co-worker that causes discomfort for whatever reason. It would be the simplest solution to avoiding them. "They are not avoidable," you can say. OK lets you move down the line and look at the next possible solution. You may need them to solve the problem and let that person know that they are something uncomfortable overcome. Now you can say "you can't Do that, I'm not like that." Hey. I don't care if you are 10 years old or 50. Anyone can learn to be assertive if it so chooses.

If you can continue with wiping the result under the carpet, always the same. Living in the Middle, by modifying the way that made the decision, the reasons for and maybe even several corrections to the personality on your behalf. I can assure you, however. It appears, it will get easier and everything to make sure it remains that way. I am in the middle of 5 years and I can say that life was much easier. This really works and is something that you can immediately begin.
