The Seven Faces of Intention and How to Begin to Cultivate the Power of Intention Within You

Odds are you probably have more than just a mild curiosity on how to develop and cultivate the power of your intention in order to have a more abundant and extraordinary life.

In the book the Power of Intention Learning to Co-Create Your World Your Way by Dr. Wayne W. Dyer he talks about how intention is something that he believes we can all feel, connect with, know and trust.

Along these same lines he talks about how intention is an inner awareness of things that we can really feel within ourselves yet at the same time really can't even begin to describe it with words.

For this reason he attempts to explain this unexplainable power of creation by revealing the seven faces of intention.

In a nutshell the seven faces of intention are as follows:

creativitykindnesslovebeautyexpansionunlimited abundancereceptivity

And as you are sitting there reading this you may have already begun to realize that all seven of these faces of intention can be experienced and enhanced when you meditate on a daily basis.

Any expert on the power of intention will agree that meditating on a daily basis is one of the best ways for you to naturally begin to cultivate this power that is within you.

As a matter of fact people who meditate on a daily basis quite often notice how they suddenly find themselves no longer avoiding situations that use to cause them a lot of stress or anxiety.

This is a relatively important fact to remember because believe it or not, quite often the only thing that is getting in the way of you being able to create the kind of life that you want to live and experience are your unconscious or sometimes even conscious avoidance of things that seem to cause you a lot of stress or anxiety. Even though you know that if you were to face up to them in so many ways you would be moving towards the life you were intending on living.

Now keep in mind that there are a variety of different meditation techniques that you can use to enhance your power of intention and while Dr. Wayne Dyer has found Japa meditation to be an extraordinarily effective meditation technique in his own life.

I have found that the practice of Yoga Nidra to be a guided meditation technique that has led to some extraordinary transformations in my life. More than that when you consider that with the practice of Yoga Nidra all you have to do is lie down on your back in a comfortable position and then be guided into the deepest states of your being you really do have to wonder if it can get any easier than that.

Thaddeus Ferguson has dedicated himself to the cause of helping people heal themselves first in order to help heal the world during this amazing time of transformation.

The practice of Meditation and/or Yoga Nidra is just one of the many powerful tools that you can use in order to help Heal You First.

Seven steps of cultivating Happiness

Are you Happy? Do you know what makes you happy? It is easy to search happiness to the outside world. May look to happy in a relationship of love, or may consider that having money will make you happy. However, nothing in the outside world will make really happy because luck is a task inside.

That being said, I'm offering seven ways to cultivate to happiness. You cannot perform it in its entirety and it is fine. Start the application of one or two of these steps at once, and note how he feels. Give yourself time for internal transfers and positive results will be visible.

Step 1. Confidence in the way of life.

You know that everything is working on the highest good. Learned this many years ago reading Louise Hay book, "you can Heal Your Life" and it works. Pay attention to how you feel when thinking and say these words to each other. Confirm that everything is fine.

Step 2. Focus on theof what is right.

This is similar to looking at the glass half-full rather than half empty. If you can focus on the absence or things that are wrong then is what continues to attract. This is because regardless of the focus on expands. So begins noted everything you like, everything is working in your life, everything works now.

Step 3. Appreciate all thethat you have.

Appreciation of feeling and throws its vibration. And if you like these for good ideas to good things into your life. This in turn will increase the level of happiness. Grateful for everything, no matter how small. Appreciate your bed, clothes, a roof over your head, body, and so on. The more you can appreciate, the more will have to appreciate.

Step 4. Connect to the love within your own heart.

Learned it with Mary a. Hall. All we have access to love. Love in your heart is access to the spirit inside you source. If you have difficulty feeling of love, then think of someone or something, that you love. For example, this may be a spouse, child, friend, or pet. Feeling the love in your heart. Practice feeling this love and nurture the feeling. Do you do this on a daily basis especially just before going to bed and waking up. The more you're feeling, love in your heart, you will feel better connected to the internal network and the spirit self.

Step 5. Practice forgiveness.

Forgiveness does not mean a part of bad behavior. Method of releasing yourself from the hurt of the past. If something someone did or said, due to the pain, you must apply the forgiveness. You may need to work through anger or hurt at first, but when the time is right, it is best to Forgive people, situations and yourself. Forgiveness sets you free, so that you are not always linked to pain. Freedom opens the way to happiness.

Step 6. Be kind and patient with yourself.

Do you seem to be hard yourself? Many people have this tendency. However, this does not bring you happiness. And so really counterproductive. Encourage and praise him profiting significantly better results than a judgment and criticism. Do not treat best friend way probably Search do? Start noticing any negative self talk now. Acknowledge yourself for awareness and find a way of thinking kinder thoughts.

Step 7. Keep a journal, and noted the progress.

The date of the entries i'd be blurb. It need not be anything fancy, it just must be a register of all acts which have been taken and all results, previewed. Easier to see the changes which might be overlooked.

Practice these seven steps, until they become habits and noted how much we feel. Glad that you feel, the more will improve your life. Soon, life will seem easier. Others will respond in a more positive. Then you have activated the momentum of positive change that will continue to bring you happiness-a real benefit on many levels.
