Seven steps of cultivating Happiness

Are you Happy? Do you know what makes you happy? It is easy to search happiness to the outside world. May look to happy in a relationship of love, or may consider that having money will make you happy. However, nothing in the outside world will make really happy because luck is a task inside.

That being said, I'm offering seven ways to cultivate to happiness. You cannot perform it in its entirety and it is fine. Start the application of one or two of these steps at once, and note how he feels. Give yourself time for internal transfers and positive results will be visible.

Step 1. Confidence in the way of life.

Step 6. Be kind and patient with yourself.

Do you seem to be hard yourself? Many people have this tendency. However, this does not bring you happiness. And so really counterproductive. I suggest you focus on the positive aspects of your life, is not negative. Spend more time with people positive and less time with these negative who suck the energy out of you right. You know that those who speak! Remember, is the sum of five people who spend the most time with! So to lose friends and spend time negative with people who are positive, and I say it? BEST OF LUCK!


Here are some tips to get started. Start toward getting Your body, mind and spirit together.


For the body ...


Get some exercise! Take A Walk. Go to the gym. Play tennis. Go jogging. Something to get your body moving. Try and commit to three days a week to run. Personally, I'm doing "Couch to 5 K" running the program. Yes, I was Jogging at the ripe old age, 50! Domyslalem I was going to die, for the first time I did it, but it's getting easier every time I go there.


Eat healthy foods. Add more fruits and vegetables to your diet. In fact, try and eat vegetarian meal once or twice a week. This will make all the difference in the world. Ron and I are eating more vegetarian meals and making fish and Chicken dishes on the side and not the main event. Also, I don't eat red meat, although Ron is used occasionally. We will dispose of as many processed food as we can. Read the labels and if I don't understand the components, and then we buy it. If you see high-fructose corn syrup or anything "hydrogenated" really does not buy it!


For your mind ...


Make a list of "what do you want to do with your life. Start small and slowly move larger things. How can something really big eat? One little bite at a time.


Now I wish from the list, you must create a list of actions. What actions can be taken to get that first goal I wish list? Can be as simple as internet research.


For example, suppose that is one of the things you want to be on the list wish in good relationships with the other. You can say the positive affirmations and how about this as you like, but unless you want to marry the pizza Delivery guy, you'll need to go out and actually do something to make the wish come true.


For the spirit of your ...


Launch of the journal of gratitude. What are you grateful for?


Gratitude go to another plane, since it puts your brain higher place. From what you don't need to, which you change the focus. Gratitude for what you have will move you to the place where you can begin to make permanent positive change to his life.


Take five minutes each day and make a note of the things you are grateful for the time. Can be simple or complex, really does not matter. Simply save them.

Wrongly understands God and why that affects Your happiness

Badly misunderstood God. Well, chances are that you have. For millennia humans badly misunderstood the Gods or a God. Thinking Gods could have done something face human problems.

Long long ago, of course, people thought Gods violated everything in their world. Major world religions is still Animism. Animism is basically believing grain alignment so that each object is other than spirit: trees, rock, mountain, cloud, wind, etc.

So if the spammers are targeting their attention or worship toward these objects, you can get these spammers are such spirits in response as was needed. As I said this kind of devotion exist in abundance in the world today.

Then some people up to larger gods. Gods that ruled the sky or winds or Netherworld or oceans. Again, it was thought that the little victim, and supplication for these Gods as people wanted. Things like the seas, so sailors calmly would not drown, abundant crops so the whole population would not starve.

Then came the birth of Monotheism. Monotheism is the ability of the devotion and worship of one God himself/herself. One God they ruled over all the Earth, and when people worshiped him, and in sufficient quantity, God would do what they wanted. This God often was cast as the man.

Too few things happened as people are willing to credit that can testify to their Gods or God for bringing. A group of people grew up around these Gods to tell people how much to worship or God. Commonly called the priests.

These priests often told the people: how to be happy. They set up a strict code of conduct and as long as people comply with such a code, can be happy. Because the priests had the power of the gods, after their side, regular spammers believed priests and follow their instructions.

So their happiness depends on his conduct. And of where things stood until recent human history. I am afraid that there are still many people who depend on their conduct for happiness. Not to say that people should run wild with no restrictions.

I mean that when Your happiness depends on how to conduct yourself in relation to the gods or a God, they were mistaken. Your happiness be placed on the territory of the mistaken. In other words, through such applications as meditation you can forge a link between you and Cosmic Consciousness. In this eternal bonds will find true happiness. But you don't have to behave in a certain way in the outside world. You do not need to provide so many hours of worship, or so many words of prayer this Cosmic Consciousness an impression on your page. This node is needed between you and Cosmic Consciousness.

Then how can you dwell in the attachment of the eternal, the brightest, you call yourself the aid of the universe. You can call the discomfort of power of the universe. When you have dwelt, therefore as you need them, that perhaps there is in your life.

Sounds like appears closest to saying if a stay in this posture of Cosmic Consciousness long enough, you get what you want. Sounds like it, but I'm not. You can specify the universe what i replied the universe, the way in time.

What is the number one cause of the Unhappiness and Misery?

While I know that this is a bit painful, Sincerely welcome anyway to take a few moments to complete a look at the world and unhappiness and misery that overwhelm that overwhelm us all.


What did you notice? Where does the unhappiness and misery come? Do you know the number one reason?


UnhappinessMany of us blame alone, or oppression, or war or hatred or violence, and so on. We were confused. There is only one reason to unhappiness and misery: the irrational thoughts and false beliefs, which the population of our minds-thinking of suicide, and beliefs, which are widespread and common that never crosses our minds, or even asking them. It is because of these irrational thoughts and false belief that we have a distorted vision of the world that we have a prejudiced image of ourselves.


Our conditioning is so strong and public pressure is placed on us so intense, we need to somehow trapped in our own perception of the world. And as long as it ignores us, that our perception is distorted, that he is irrational and that our beliefs are false-at least some of them! -will still be impossible for us to escape from this overwhelming unhappiness and misery.


What complicates further is that we must somehow have been programmed not to suspect not to doubt, but blindfold focus and confidence lessons taught by our traditions, our culture, our society, our religion and so on. And when we feel, frustrated and miserable, most often we feel guilty and also because we can also test are already known to blame and we-and does not devalue the conditioning, the cultural background, the irrational ideas and false beliefs, which the population of our minds.

What happened to my life!

Come certain points you life when you begin to realize that there is more time behind you than in advance. For some is the realization that not all dreams have been fulfilled, which were to their life. When they were Younger, could say: "well, I have a lot of time! There's no hurry. " And before you know it, these same men or women are looking in the mirror, counting their grey hairs and a new Wrinkle on their surfaces and wondering where the time went. Still others, get to that point in life and achieve a majority of their dreams. And they bored not think will have the fun and excitement completion Windows. Arrived and are now posted the question: "is that all?" It is at this point, many men especially, what has been called mid life crisis. In my younger years, which I used to see these older men running with their shirts unbuttoned clear to their Navels, conduct some expensive foreign cars, which are likely to fail, and trying to pick up women half their age. Some of these men are still a number of long hair with young people, although they were completely Bald on top. What is left of their hair was pulled back into a pony tail back. Real looked rather pathetic, trying to regain some long lost youth.

Even more sad is people who leave their wives and families, because they get a sense that the grass is greener on the other side of the fence. They leave behind years of building a relationship with a woman who shared their triumphs and Tragedies and rear their children, helped someone younger and "more exciting". Well like all relationships, the initial excitement of the fabulous wears, and then run it to see the weeds on the grass between the fences. Usually by this time it is too late. His ex-wife has either moved or simply refuse to take them back.

Although not all of us go through the mid life crisis, most, if not all of us, get to the point where we can begin to re-examine our life and ask yourself, if you need to make certain changes. Who has to realize is, while we will never recapture our youth is that does not mean that our life is over. In fact, there are many examples of people who have achieved their largest works of the other side of 50. Life does not finish until you live. By this time it's all right continue to dream dreams and accomplish great things.

Just to name some seniors who have great things, Grandma Moses whose paintings hang in the 9 museums in the United States and in Vienna and in Paris, he was 76 when she found her first picture. Currently, her work has sold for millions of dollars. Colonel Harland Sanders was 65 when he participated in his first social security check, to begin, what is now KFC or Kentucky Fried Chicken. Ronald Reagan became Governor of California at the age of 61 and later President of the United States. Chaucer wrote the Canterbury Tales aged 54-61. Leonardo da Vinci was drawing sketches in his 60 's and Leo Tolstoy wrote the novel to his fourteenth. And it can be, but the projected image.

Instead of worrying, you make it to our lives, it is time again to think about, where it soon. Instead of wondering, is there a more glamorous spouse, let us take the time to get reacquainted with the one that captured our hearts in our youth. Instead of wanting to be 25 again, think of all the spiritual experience and wisdom that we received that we knew nothing about a person is younger. And let us use this experience to achieve what might we were afraid we were Younger, where.

There is an old saying that States: "Life begins at 40." I want to change that to say that life begins to the point at which we are aware that each day in which we live is a valuable gift that we can be made using our full potential and achieve the change the world for the better in some way. So whatever the old life is now ready! Find a challenge and overcome it. Select the consumption and non corrosive steel do rust. Make each day where you live, the Best day of your life!

What really means simplicity

Simplify your life is not only a matter of developing additional garage space or clearing your children junk to stand down for the extra space. is the process of systematically eliminating the things in your life, physical and emotional, which should be weighed down. May apply to us, but not in a very subtle level of such "baggage" will take the leap of our prosperity. We are able to safely and securely due to the need to "protect" our possessions. It runs through Restoring Your luck inherent in exercising Your passion to what you like and helping. Soon you'll start to realize that the realization and happiness cannot be accented, flashy gadgets, but it is selfless in your ventures.

When is enough enough? ""

Last week I had the good fortune to attend the seminar writing presented by Michelle Prince and John DiLemme. I been working writing My first book, so I knew it would get great tips and tools from the presenters and I'm not disappointed. One of the best questions "food for thought" they asked us was "when is enough enough?" "" Much to my surprise, this one smoothly me stop and question my own work and worth, and here's what I discovered.

I was accompanied by a few pangs of "what if ... "team for writing my book. You know, "what if they like it? As you are sure people get, everything I want to learn from the words that were I put on the page? " Well, after hearing this simple question, I noticed that my old friends, fear and second-guessing were eating My dinner. It is not enough znienawidzisz when that happens? I decided to stop and really think "enough" when is enough, especially with regard to my book. As human beings we are all able to experience happiness and joy. For many of us to experience joy and happiness does not come easy. Is Happiness contagious?

"Whoever is happy will make others happy, too."-Mark Twain.


Simply I came again from the Adriatic Cruise, visiting Venice, Bari, Bologna, and Dubrovnik. Due to flight problems at my previous Baltic Sea Cruise, I decided that the problem already come a day early and leave the next day. This allowed additional time in Venice, disabling the ship. Fortunately, there has been far and wide.

My communication skills were lacking in Italian; Nevertheless, having an Italian friend here in the States helped because it already knew that "Ciao, Bello", meaning "Hello, handsome man, so I used that to my advantage is possible. Today we live in a world of humanity instantly. Every aspect of our life changes on dime we already waiting weeks and weeks for information or a moment and go to the library. Everything we need to do this, go to our computer or iPod to learn every bit information we want or need immediately.

It has many positive sides to it. We have become addicted to getting everything that you want in the blink of an eye. In many cases as possible immediate solution to the problems we can find clues to distant destinations only checking our GPS on our mobile phone, to find the best restaurants and calling for a booking for the route. We check out the weather forecast, not only when we live or preside over but determine what clothes to pack your vacation far away.

It is created in the US, the needs and expectations that everything in our world can be solved with blink an eye and a high-speed Internet connection. There would be great if this was real? May make a fine non-personal information in the world, but there are no quick fixes, when it comes to personal relationships. We cannot solve our Google mate or other members of our circle of friends or relatives.

They are not quick fixes, the arena still requires patience, understanding, and knowing that many issues are not and cannot be solved so quickly. In most cases it takes years or lifetimes to work with karma and problems of the past. Even problems on national and world scene cannot be solved by running the information via the computer.

Because we are conditioned to believe that everything can be solved instantly, many relationships have been destroyed, whether at a personal and a global level as well. Many people have little or no patience when it comes to solving a specific problem, they give fifteen minutes in most cases, their time, and if no solution is found, the problem is ignored and diverts their attention to less distraction.

Many people develop relationships through an on-line dating service and if it does not work go to someone else from thousands of possibilities on the dating sites. I am not saying that the first Cat should be from the bag, but given the apparent surplus of candidates, people develop attitudes that they go to the candy store, and if they like the candy by the door, there is plenty more in the back.

However, this may be true, and in many ways it is useful. People are no longer limited to finding someone in their own local area where it can be slim pickings. It appears that when they are in a relationship, there is a need to give it much attention as if it doesn't work, there are plenty more fish in the sea.Therefore, they Bail find someone new, and start the same path to destruction, they just recently abandoned.

Suffering, cause and its end

Buddha said that life is suffering and that the cause of suffering is desire. That is a very clear and obvious truth. If I desire something, that means I do not have it, and if I want or need something that I do not have, that craving for it does imply suffering to some degree.


Maybe it is a thought about a new iPhone that it would be nice to have but you do not need. Regardless, that desire will occupy your mind

and anything that occupies your mind means you are not present in the moment, you are thinking of the object of desire.


Being fully present is the best joy, it is being fully awake and in the here and now, this is the moment of true joy without fear or pain from the past or future.


We should also look at the actual desires that are behind this suffering. If we look at the desire for objects, anything material in the world, we can resolve the desire by knowing that really, nothing is going to change your life that much, nothing will fill that inner emptiness, although many people think it will, we all know that is not true.


So what then, is the deepest desire that is the cause of suffering? If all desires stem from one main desire, just like a tree that bears many fruits all began from one seed, we must find that one initial or core desire in order to kill the entire tree.


The leaves on a tree are the visible desires, the objects like a car or an iPhone or iPad. The sap that runs in the veins of the tree is the thought energy that feeds the desire. Like all living things, there is an energy that makes the sap run through the tree from within the roots, deep under the ground, hidden from view.


Love is the deepest desire. But I say, love is not the ultimate desire, it is only an effect of the deepest desire.


I believe that the deepest human desire is to be known, acknowledged and recognized. "I am individual, I stand out as unique, I AM" This is also Buddhist teachings but is not commonly expressed in a world where people associate desires to objects.


Interestingly enough, in the old testament, God does not say what His name is, he merely says; "I Am that I Am." Thus our need to simply be I AM, could be the very beginning of our soul.


The desire to be known, to be understood and acknowledged. We all need to feel special, that is what love is about, a feeling of being special to another person. Certainly I am all for love, and it's a vital part of a happy life, I am in no way diminishing the power of love.


The point I want to make is that love is not the ultimate answer, it is the reason for love that is the real root of our existence and all pain. The need to be acknowledged, to feel significant is the real issue.


Now we must ask, how do we satisfy this desire? And here is the cause of suffering; this desire needs to have someone you respect to talk to who will listen and respect you.


We all need someone to talk to who will listen to us, because we all need some advice and comfort throughout our life. The therapist supposedly will offer that service, but of course, we all know that if you pay it is not sincere. Let's forget about this industry aside from acknowledging that nothing could get that big unless there was a real need in humanity to make it so.


When it comes to our search for love, the union of man and woman completes an electrical circuit. When that is connected, we access the whole power of the universe. It is this unity that we seek in our deepest nature from the spiritual point of our existence. Hence, if we are alone and not seen as special in any way, we will not find this connection to another person and not achieve this unity.


These are the main points;


- The seed of all desires is the desire to be known.
- We all need someone to talk to so we can express our confusion and pains in life and find guidance.
- There are very few people who have the wisdom we can respect enough to open up and talk to and then feel satisfied and comforted by that persons companionship.
- If you find such a person, they are probably so busy that you cannot get any private time with them, let alone on a daily basis without having a time limit.
- The result is the desire for love which leads to marriage or partnership in which there is one person who will devote their entire life to you and only you.
- The lack of understanding about the real need leads to failed relationships which then amplifies the problem.
- Ultimately, real emotional pain stems from feeling alone.


In all our everyday problems and troubles, there is nothing more painful than pain coupled with feeling totally alone and that there is no one who can help you or you can talk to about it. That aloneness is the enhancing agent which multiplies a pain that could be reasonably dealt with into an unbearable pain leading in some drastic cases to suicide.


The pain of feeling totally alone is the result of the seed of the initial desire to be known.


We all talk to ourselves, not a moment goes by without you thinking in a conversation to yourself. The only difference between you and the insane fool who wanders the street babbling to himself is that you do it silently in your own mind and he speaks out loud in public. You may not like to hear that, but give it some objective and honest thought, how much of your thoughts are a conversation with yourself.


The end of suffering comes with the end of desires. I do not think we normal humans have much hope in that happening.


We may not be able to end our desire or in the Buddhist view of reincarnation, life after life of suffering, but we can end the pain that the suffering causes, and for me, I would be happy to at least get that much, then work further.


With seven billion people on the planet, you are rarely alone. All we need is someone who will sincerely be there for us to talk to with an open and receptive mind. Why should it be so hard to find such a person? Because you are not helping.


I do not know how to find the great person to confide in who will be there for me, but I do know that we can become that person. If you can open your heart to others, and they can also do that to you, pretty soon, in fact the instant that everyone simply gives in to this essential need and quality of what it means to be human, the entire world will be living in comfort rather than pain.


Are you willing to be the first seed of a different sort of tree, one that gives warmth in this world?


Having said all this, I will add that this is only the beginning of real suffering. The real pain is that due to feeling alone, your heart will begin to close. That is when things get worse because of feeling trapped in a closed heart which breeds the feeling of hopelessness. Suffering is multiplied when you do not know the cause. Any problem seems a lot worse if you have no idea what the solution is or could be. I hope that this article helps you understand the pains of being human, if not your pain, then other people, and we can all work towards opening our heart and being the sincere companion to as many other people as we can. You don't have to sleep with everyone, just be there to listen.
